We are located at 730 S. 18th Street in Wilmington, NC.
How long will it take to process my order?
Typically in-stock orders will be shipped same-day or next day. Special orders however, may take up to 10 business days to ship. Any extended shipping time will be confirmed with customer prior to order processing. Orders are processed periodically throughout the day and orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is available for Wilmington, and surrounding areas and delivery charges vary due to size of order. Most orders outside of delivery area will be shipped via freight company (UPS, or DHL).
How is Shipping/Handling calculated?
Due to daily changes in freight charges, the shipping and handling calculation that is listed is only an estimate. We can not guarantee any freight or S/H calculations listed. Any significant variance in the estimated and actual freight cost will be confirmed with the customer prior to order processing.
